About The Archive

Our Mission  |  Preserving the Legacy of the Borderlands

The Singholi Thikana Archive is a digital initiative dedicated to the preservation, documentation, and academic study of the history associated with the Singoli region of the Mewar-Malwa border.

In an era where oral histories are fading, this archive serves as a permanent repository for the genealogy (Vanshavali), martial history, and cultural traditions of the Kshatriya families who served as the “Wardens of the Marches” since the 14th century.

Our Objectives

Historical Reclamation: To correct historical oversight and establish the Battle of Singoli (1336) as a pivotal moment in Indian history.

Genealogical Accuracy: To provide a verified reference point for descendants of the Singholi lineage to trace their roots to the Sisodia and Chauhan clans.

Cultural Education: To educate the younger generation about the rituals, deities, and martial codes that define their identity.
